What the store is for

A Minecraft server costs money every month whether or not anybody logs in — hardware, backups, the forums you are reading this on. The store is how that is paid for without the server being funded by advertising or by selling anything about the people playing on it. There is no advertising on this site and no analytics; the privacy policy spells out what that means in practice.

What will be on sale, what it costs, and what it gets you are decisions the server owner has not published yet. When they are, they will be here — not guessed at on this page.

Buying safely

• Only ever buy through the official store link. If a purchase did not go through it, we cannot see it, verify it, deliver it, or refund it.
• Staff will never DM you about a payment. Not to offer a discount, not to chase one, not to “verify” a purchase, and never to ask for a gift card. Everyone with a staff role is listed on the staff page; anyone else claiming to be staff is lying to you.
• Do not buy or sell ranks, items or accounts from other players for real money. It is against the rules, and it is where essentially every scam on a Minecraft server starts.
• Ask a parent first if you are under 18, and use their payment method with their knowledge. A chargeback raised weeks later because a parent did not recognise a charge normally ends with the account losing whatever was bought.

Payments and your data

Checkout is handled by an external payment provider, not by this site. No card number, bank detail or billing address ever reaches this application — there is no code here that could receive one. What we would receive is the fact that a purchase was made and which account it applies to, so the right thing can be delivered in game.

Buying does not buy immunity

A purchase is a purchase, not a status. Ranks do not exempt anyone from the rules, do not shorten a ban, and do not get a report treated differently. A permanently banned account keeps whatever it bought and simply cannot use it — which is worth knowing before spending money rather than after.
