Titan is not recruiting at present. This page is where that position is published, and it is the first place it will change.

No form is open, so there is nothing to submit and nothing to fill in. Any application sent before recruitment closed has been answered or still will be — closing a form does not cancel a decision somebody is owed, and the record of it stays readable to its author.
There is no waiting list and no register of interest. Nobody on the team can add your name to one, because there is not one to add it to, and being told otherwise by anybody does not make it so.
An application sent any other way is not an application. Private messages, forum threads, comments on somebody’s profile and emails asking to be considered are not read as applications, are not kept, and do not put you ahead of anyone when a form opens. Repeatedly pressing a member of the team to make an exception is handled as any other unwanted contact under the rules.
When recruitment reopens, it reopens here. A form appears on this page with its requirements published on it in full — how old an account has to be, how many of your posts have to still be standing — and your own figures beside each one, so you can see exactly where you stand before you write a word.
The opening is announced on the forum at the same time, under announcements. Nothing is quietly opened to a shortlist first.
No date is given here, because there is not one. Any date you have been given by anything other than this page is a rumour.
There is nothing to reserve and nothing you can do today that shortens the queue, because there is not a queue. What is read when a form opens is the record you already have: how long you have been here, how much of what you have written is still standing, whether your account is clear, and how you treat people in threads when nobody is deciding anything about you.
Both published requirements are met by ordinary use of the forum over time. Posts that have been removed do not count towards them, and neither does volume for its own sake.
An application is private and stays private. Only its author and the people who review applications can read one, and that includes the fact that somebody applied at all — no other member can tell, and neither can a search engine. If the answer is no, that is between you and the team.
